I start by looking at your medical history, symptoms, stress, food intake and current lifestyle. By gathering this information it allows us to work together, optimizing your health & happiness.
Step 2: Goals
Once the assessment is complete we work on what YOUR goals are. It could be that you want to be able to eat a more diversified diet, or that you want to be in less pain. While working together we will come up with a realistic plan you feel good about that can help you reach your goals.
Step 3: Support
Knowing that you have ongoing support is a great way to ensure you reach your goals. Being able to reach out to me with questions and help you through symptoms or concerns is what I am here for!
